2. Why are your shipping rates so high?

Our products are made to last. For example, the locking console box is made completely of high grade steel, for both extreme duty and longevity purposes. (Feel free to step on your boxes as you make your way to the back of your van!) Therefore, the console does have a good weight to it at 45 pounds. This, in addition to the amount of packing materials required to keep the console safe while on its way to you accounts for the shipping fee. We have partnered with UPS to provide you with preferred shipping rates, and also have shipping rates by zones, in order to help keep shipping rates down. We run into issues with the zones and predetermined box sizes too, so calculations for some of the products will automatically put them into the console crate box by default. We will adjust and refund on these instances. Our goal is to get our product to you in the safest and most affordable option.

3. Do you require a signature confirmation for your orders?

Due to the value of some products offered, your order may require a signature at the time of delivery. 

4. Where can I pick-up my will call order?

We're located in Salem, Oregon. Please email us at dave@vanagonlife.com, after placing your order to schedule a pick-up date & time. 

5. Do you provide installation services?

For a nominal install fee, installation services are provided for certain items. Please email us to inquire further about installation services.
