Due to the intensive fabrication build process that goes into each product, a 20% restocking fee will be charged for returned made to order items.
Please email us at email@example.com before shipping your item back. A return merchandise authorization number is required for each return, and items sent back without an RMA will not receive a refund.
We recommend that you ship your package back with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance, as we are not otherwise responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. You are responsible for any shipping fees incurred in order to return your order.
Refunds will be issued by Stripe after we receive your item for inspection, minus the restocking fee for made to order items, and your original shipping charges. This process may take up to 7-12 business days.
