Shipping is categorized into four tiers: Local Pick-Up, West Coast, Central US and East Coast.

Please select the appropriate option for your order, to expedite processing of your order. If the incorrect shipping zone is selected, your order may be delayed as shipping fees will need to be recalculated and charged. 


All orders will be shipped with Ground shipping. If expedited shipping is required, please email us to inquire about expedited shipping rates. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number with estimated arrival dates provided directly by the shipper.

Due to the intensive fabrication build process that goes into each product, a 20% restocking fee will be charged for returned made to order items. 

Return Process

Please email us before shipping your item back. A return merchandise authorization number is required for each return, and items sent back without an RMA will not receive a refund. 

We recommend that you ship your package back with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance, as we are not otherwise responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. You are responsible for any shipping fees incurred in order to return your order.


Refunds will be issued by Stripe after we receive your item for inspection, minus the restocking fee for made to order items, and your original shipping charges. This process may take up to 7-12 business days. 



1. What kind of shipping do you use?

We ship with UPS and USPS ground, in order to provide you with the most affordable options.

2. Why are your shipping rates so high?

Our products are made to last. For example, the locking console box is made completely of high grade steel, for both extreme duty and longevity purposes. (Feel free to step on your boxes as you make your way to the back of your van!) Therefore, the console does have a good weight to it at 45 pounds. This, in addition to the amount of packing materials required to keep the console safe while on its way to you accounts for the shipping fee. We have partnered with UPS to provide you with preferred shipping rates, and also have shipping rates by zones, in order to help keep shipping rates down. 

3. Do you require a signature confirmation for your orders?

Due to the value of some products offered, your order may require a signature at the time of delivery.

5. Do you provide installation services?

For a nominal install fee, installation services are provided for certain items. Please email us to inquire further about installation services.
